both of the websites were very well put together. they both had lots of information along with informative videos. the links to the other videos is a good way for people to find out about both types of computers. All together i thought it was a good presentation and the website were good.

ReplyDeleteVery nice website. I liked how you included videos from both windows and mac, it added a nice touch that kept the site interesting. I also liked how you set up both sides of your site exactly the same, that way it is easier to compare both computers without trying to find all the information themselves. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteGreat website! It was very easy to navigate and figure out where everything was. You guys could have taken a poll to see how many people preferred macs and pcs.But other than that I think everything was helpful and I liked how you guys added videos about each one.

Thank you guys. It was tough at first to use the website, because none of us have had previous experience. Like Morgan said we did do a poll it is at the very bottom of the homepage if you want to check it out.

I thought this project was done nicely. I give props for choosing a website because it seems like it would be hard. I like the subject that you guys chose because it is popular with college aged students. Your guys' website can help students entering college decide which to choose based on what they want a lot easier than going from place to place.. I like how all the information is all right there for us to see!
ReplyDeleteI really liked this website. I already knew most of the information because I recently bought a computer, but for prospective college students I would have really like to have seen something like this. It was very well put together and the speakers spoke well.

ReplyDeleteI liked how your group had two videos to grab the audience's attention even if they did not want to read anything that you had to say in the paragraphs. I did like on the website that you guys had all of the same information for both the Mac and PC. I thought it was well executed and presented well. The only thing that I might have changed was putting the tab that read "About Us" after the home tab instead of after the Mac and the PC tabs.

Its easy to read, gives lots of information, and helps the reader really be able to decide between a Mac or PC. The videos are a nice addition because they add something more to the pages than just words to make it a little more exciting. Also, everyone did a good job on the presentation.

ReplyDeleteThis website was ver interesting to me since the whole mac v.s. pc debate is commonly talked about. I myself have a pc, and really wasn't too sure about macs, but after reading some of the information on your website I can see that they aren't nearly as "bad" as I thought they were. I liked how you didn't really "put down" either one of the computers, you simply stated the facts and let the viewer determine what fits them best. The website apperence was nice and the side by side made it quick and easy to understand/compare.

I didn't like that you said to choose a mac over a pc because it shouldnt be a persuasive on which one, people have different opinions. i did like the survery you put on the home page though. good job!

ReplyDeleteThis website is one of my favorites that i have seen. The information is well researched and explained. Both the Mac and PC pages reflect eachother the way they are presented. The visuals, such as the two videos are a great idea because they show both sides to the arguement. The poll on the first page is great because it is interactive with all the readers of the website. i enjoyed this website because it had a lot of variety to how the information was given and it is very well put together.
ReplyDeleteThe websites were very well done. It's almost impossible to get lost on the page. Both were very informative giving much information. One thing I really liked was how both weren't choosing Mac or PC, they were just helping inform people about the facts. The site told you everything you needed to know about the computers, making it easy for the buyer to make the right choice. Very well put together.
ReplyDeleteI really liked the topic because it is a common problem for college students but I don't think you really properly addressed which one was better for some people and what the benefits of each one was.
